The Annual Tea Meet , sphearheaded by the Women's Forum has always been the opening event of the calendar year and is awaited by all members with much excitement. The Tea Meet this year was held on 15th of November 2019.
Since Perfection is our key , preparations for the Tea Meet start months back. The activities lined up this year were both musical as well as a cultural dance performance.
The musical part was taken care of by senior women's forum member and not so senior boys...who were xaverians as well.
The members were left awestruck by the cultural dance performance of the famous tollywood artist Ms Indrani Dutta.
It is only by holding hands and moving ahead together do we become men and women for others.Living up to the xaverian motto , we felicitated two women achievers this year;

Aishwarya Krishnan-National Rowing Champion.
Both the Xaverian ladies were felicitated by our Principal and President of the association, Rev. Father Dominic Savio S.J.
Both Shweta and Aishwarya felt short of words as they thanked the institution for shaping up their lives .
The Tea meet is an evening full of enthusiasm and excitement where all present try their luck at the treasure island and revive their old days over cups of tea.
It is also an evening of felicitating and recognition.
The newly elected Governing Council Members and the Women's Forum Working Committee members were pinned by Father and the joint convenors of the Teameet and most important our sponsors are felicitated by Father .
Needless to say , we wind up the evening with mouthwatering snacks and before the event is over heart within heart we start planning our next event.
It's the oneness and warmth of all women's forum members that keeps the spirit high and nothing stops us from planning and executing events throughout the year .
